This blog is about the lives of worker priests. These are women and men who have strong Christian beliefs and who choose to do more-or-less precarious jobs as their way of earning a living, and at the same time living out their faith. Many are ordained and also take church services, others have different Christian ties. My interest is rooted in the experiences of my father, Canon Tony Williamson, who was a worker priest for 60 years, including for three decades as a forklift truck driver in a car factory in Oxford, England.
